What Orchestrator Agent does
An orchestrator agent is a coordinator. It holds the goal, assigns work to specialist agents, tracks state, and decides when to stop. It should not secretly do every specialist’s job.
The orchestrator receives a goal, picks a worker, waits for a handoff, validates the artifact, and either continues or finishes. Conceptual simulation of observable routing — not a swarm of hidden thoughts.
