What Plan Downgrade Advisor Agent does
A plan downgrade advisor agent is an AI agent specialized in plan downgrade advisor. It does not answer from memory alone. It look up account and order facts before drafting a reply, stores observations, verifies completeness, and delivers customer-ready support reply with explicit gaps when tools fail.
The agent receives a plan downgrade advisor task, plans tool calls (ticketing, crm, knowledge-base, order-lookup), executes look up account and order facts before drafting a reply, keeps working notes, verifies the draft, and publishes customer-ready support reply. If order lookup returned no matching shipment, it ask clarifying identifiers and escalate with context. This page simulates that observable loop — not private chain-of-thought.
