Refund Eligibility Checker Agent

What Refund Eligibility Checker Agent does

A refund eligibility checker agent is an AI agent specialized in refund eligibility checker. It does not answer from memory alone. It look up account and order facts before drafting a reply, stores observations, verifies completeness, and delivers customer-ready support reply with explicit gaps when tools fail.

The agent receives a refund eligibility checker task, plans tool calls (ticketing, crm, knowledge-base, order-lookup), executes look up account and order facts before drafting a reply, keeps working notes, verifies the draft, and publishes customer-ready support reply. If order lookup returned no matching shipment, it ask clarifying identifiers and escalate with context. This page simulates that observable loop — not private chain-of-thought.
