Training Needs Analyst Agent

What Training Needs Analyst Agent does

A training needs analyst agent is an AI agent specialized in training needs analyst. It does not answer from memory alone. It gather inputs from docs and crm and structure recommendations, stores observations, verifies completeness, and delivers business decision memo with explicit gaps when tools fail.

The agent receives a training needs analyst task, plans tool calls (documents, spreadsheet, crm, calendar), executes gather inputs from docs and crm and structure recommendations, keeps working notes, verifies the draft, and publishes business decision memo. If required financial attachment was missing from the folder, it request the missing artifact and proceed with stated assumptions. This page simulates that observable loop — not private chain-of-thought.
